These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including alumni members, administrators, and organization representatives.

2. Use of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Maintain the security of your account credentials

Promptly update any changes to your information

Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Alumnipad be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
